About this role
Graphic Design
- Design advertising creatives, banners, and social media content.
- Create screenshots, feature images, and graphic assets for the App Store and Google Play.
- Maintain consistent MagicSwap branding across all channels.
Video Production
- Produce and edit trailers, app previews, and feature demonstration videos.
- Create advertising videos for Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Develop UGC-style content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
AI-powered Creative Production
- Integrate Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Suno, ComfyUI, and other relevant AI tools into the production workflow.
- Recommend AI-powered solutions to improve creative quality and production efficiency.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop ideas, scripts, and moodboards.
- Deliver creatives aligned with briefs, user insights, and campaign objectives.
- Stay updated on design, video, and AI trends within the App and Beauty industries.
- Guide and review the work of Junior Designers and Video Editors.
What we're looking for
Core Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent creative tools.
AI Integration Experience
- Practical experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows.
Creative & Industry Acumen
- Strong visual taste, awareness of beauty trends, and understanding of female audiences.
- Understanding of creative standards across App Store, Google Play, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate briefs into engaging creative outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for AI, Beauty, or Photo and Video Editing applications.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with creative A/B testing and analyzing advertising performance data.
- Advanced Motion Graphic or 3D production skills.
- Experience coaching or training Junior Designers.
