About this role
- Deliver 2D assets (characters, environments, artwork, etc.) for game development and marketing, following the art direction set by the Art Director
- Export 2D assets in the correct formats, ensuring optimization and quality
- Carry out other project tasks assigned by the Leader or Art Director
- Share knowledge and support training for other team members
- Manage the quality and progress of assigned projects
- Propose workflow improvements to enhance project efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the Lead 2D Artist, Art Director, and the 2D and 3D teams
- Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and provide feedback on products
What we're looking for
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience creating 2D assets for games
- High school graduate or higher — Unity knowledge is a plus
- Strong aesthetic sense with a solid grasp of color, composition, perspective and UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of character and environment concept design for games
Skills
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and equivalent design software
- Comfortable across multiple art styles — Spine 2D animation is a strong plus
- Strong communication, teamwork and research skills
- Trend-aware, proactive and passionate about learning and games
