About this role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing UA campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Unity, AppLovin, Mintegral, etc.
- Monitor key campaign metrics including CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives and analyze results to improve effectiveness.
- Research market trends, competitor ads, and user behaviors to support UA strategy for new games.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to provide insights that enhance game marketability.
- Learn and apply best practices from various ad networks.
- Support campaign reporting and documentation on a weekly/monthly basis.
What we're looking for
Requirements
- 1+ years experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to solve problems and interpret data.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel for basic data tracking and analysis.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of mobile advertising concepts and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Proficient in English.
- Passionate about mobile games and user growth.
- Bonus: ad platform experience, mobile attribution tools, AI tools, or product-thinking mindset.
